GRM Business Segments

GRM’s operations include six distinct business segments, focusing on value-added service and the delivery of cost effective exterior property/facilities maintenance programs.

Our business extends to many services that complement the overall requirements of all property management needs. We believe integration and the use of our services will provide a higher quality program with lower annual budget costs for property management operations.

All services within GRM are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, including statutory holidays. GRM’s expected response time to emergency calls is no longer than one hour. GRM’s service line can be reached, 24/7 at 1-855-601-7669 and for general non-urgent communications, we utilize one common email to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner - service@grminc.ca.

About GRM Inc.

GRM was founded in 1991 by Garth Dietrick as a snow removal services company. Incorporated in 2004, GRM has expanded to include a comprehensive range of property maintenance and management services, including snow removal and anti-icing/de-icing programs, street flushing, dust control, road stabilization, fire suppression, material hauling, waste management, property maintenance, landscape and hardscape services.

GRM is a well-respected, industry leader, servicing both private industry and government/municipal institutions. As part of our commitment to excellence, GRM has pioneered several products and services, including pro-active anti-icing programs, addressing the unique needs of our clients. This continued innovation has lead us to work with and build strong relationships with major companies and government/municipal institutions across Western Canada allowing us access to a broadening network of experienced and highly qualified associates to draw on for consultative support in all our business areas, including landscape design, construction and maintenance.
